Sprint buys out push-to-talk carrier iPCS
Sprint on Monday said it would be a buyout of its subsidiary carriers, IPCs, for $ 831 million. The transaction represents the smaller companies push to-talk iDEN phone service directly under the control of Sprint and settles a legal battle between the two that Sprint could from advertising his network and Sprint from the sale of services in these areas had prevented blocked.
