Toshiba today introduced its Wireless U Dynadock universal USB docking station with wireless USB technology, which eliminates the need for a cable between the docking station and laptop.
The Dynadock U includes a wireless video adapter for connecting to an extra VGA or DVI monitor with up to 1680 x 1050 resolution, a sound card with support for 7.1 surround sound, six USB ports, including two front-Sleep and-Charge USB ports.
The Dynadock can be set up to automatically connect to the laptop when within range, and a one-touch button undock peripherals to ensure that all functions shut down properly when undocking.
Toshiba’s new docking station for this month from a variety of major consumer electronics and computer stores nationwide or directly from toshibadirect.com.
