
Portable electronics accessories manufacturer Belkin on Monday announced the immediate availability of the Micro Car Charger and the forthcoming publication of the Dual Car Charger. Either device is in a car dashboard, the DC plug and a (micro-) or two (dual) USB ports, so that users of their devices with USB or mini-USB ports. The Micro Travel Charger is compact, sitting almost flush with the dashboard of a car, and is capable chargers in 1-A power, so that the collection of certain GPS systems as well.The dual car charger is bulkier than it offers two USB ports, one of which is capable chargers in 1-A, the other at 500 mA, which is still enough for iPods, iPhones and Blackberries. A sync cable, and costs for docking iPods and iPhones with the Belkin Dual Auto Charger.
Dual Car Charger is available now, while the micro-car charger will ship in early May.
