Logitech unveils new gamer-centric peripherals

0

Sure, CES is a good way to completely new hardware and gadgets, which are made in the next year, it’s almost too easy to forget that there are also some updates at the same time. Logitech is doing its best to remind us of this with the refresh of the G-series of computer gaming peripherals. Although they are for the player, the periphery should appeal to all those few extra bells and whistles with their mice, keyboards and headsets.

Logitech G seriesMost of the universal update is the new flagship of the keyboard for the G-Series, the G19. It is the first gaming keyboard from Logitech, the Mac and Windows. It has a 320×240 LCD screen at the top of the unit. The display information can play in the game panel software, including World of Warcraft, and probably others. For those who are not players, it can also be the media, as a VoIP panel and demonstrate system performance. The keyboard has twelve progammable buttons that can be up to three separate macros. There are also backlight and two USB ports. It is not cheap, however, costs $ 200, when he comes in March.

Logitech is also introducing its new G35 headset, with a Dolby Headphone algorithm to 7.1-channel audio. There are six options for the voice-masking, working with the team talk and Ventrilo applications among others. It will ship in March for $ 130

The third change is the mouse G9x, an update to the G9. The new version has a tracker to go faster up to 5000 DPI, or down to 200 DPI, if desired. It remains the same adjustment as the G9 with interchangeable cover plates, adjustable weight and LED color options. This is only compatible with Windows in April.

The new options from Logitech are certainly very pleased. I could not help drooling over them from when I first saw it.
